Ok I'm going to give you step by step instruction on how to Make Money Online and you do this from anywhere. You don't have to be or live in Richmond VA to do this. 

1. Go to Google Adsense
2. set up Adsense account
3. Go to YouTube account under channel settings and check monetization
4. How to get more views
5. Go to Google type in Google Keyword Tool type in keyword and pick one with very low competition 10,000 – 100,000 global monthly searches
6. Go back too Google and type in YouTube keyword tool
7. Then type in your keyword and it will show you people search for
8. Then pick the ones with the most amount of views
9. Then base your video on that keyword
10. Place that keyword in the Tittle & Description & Tags
11. Make sure the video is related to the keyword
12. Make video.... or get one made for $5 on Fivver.com or free videos in HD
13. After the main message... have a clear call to action
14. Upload and SEO  your video (I underlined the keywords below to show you times and where you should put them)
15. Example: (keyword: The Best Protein Shake) Tittle: The Best Protein Shake
    Description: (1^st line) The Best Protein Shake-http:Link(the website or blog you want them to go to)
    (2nd)in this video will learn the best protein shake for gaining muscle
    (3^rd) if you'd like to learn more about the best protein shake is for losing weight go to http:Link (the website or blog you want them to go to)
    Tags: the best protein shake, best protein shake, protein shake, protein , whey protein , casein protein (Look up related keywords and add them here)
16. Pick a category (example:How to)
17. Make sure privacy setting is set for PUBLIC
18. License and rights setting (STANDARD YOUTUBE LICENSE)
19. Click on Monetization | then CHECK Monetize my video
    Check Overlay in-video ads
    Check TrueVeiw in-stream ads
    Check Standard in-stream ads
20. ADVANCED SETTINGS
    Make sure Embedding is Enabled
    SYNDICATION (YES)
21. You can go to Fivver.com and look for  (YOUTUBE SEO) link wheels. And for $5 have backlinks added pointing to your video. This will rank it higher and you'll have more people view it.
22. SHARE on Facebook, Twitter, G+, Diggs, Pinterest, Stumble upon.....etc
    
    
    *NOW REPEAT OVER AND OVER* The more videos you have the more views you get the more money you make. Remember make sure the your video and keywords are relevant to each other.
